At Int4, the things that set us apart are our core values. First, we believe in the relationship we have with one another, which brings about balance. And lastly, with good relationships and balance, we become exceptionally competent.
Balance
Employees are the best asset to our company. At Int4 one of our core values is Balance. We work 8 hours per day and we mean it. Thanks to that we have time for our family and hobbies.
Relationships
The only time people grow is when they cooperate, share knowledge and build long lasting relationships. We respect each other, teach, learn and have fun together.

In order to do what you have never done before, you have to become who you have never been. And to become someone you have never been, you need someone who has already been there and done that. That is why at Int4 we advocate for mentorship to enable the cultivating and nurturing of potential SAP experts.
